Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We understand that sometimes emergencies arise. Should that happen less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please reach out to Kristin directly at Kristin@waveoflights.com

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.   I will be happy to work with you to reschedule an appointment if you find you are unable to attend.  Re-schedules should be booked within 2 weeks of the original scheduled date.
